CoD MW2 coming and my PS3 is broken

Yeah, so, I broke my PS3 the other day trying to clean it. I've isolated the issue to when inserting a disc it doesn't properly get seated in to the reading mechanism(ish) thing. So you put it in, it makes the 'insert noise' about 5 seconds to long and I got no top right loading icon.

Of course, if the PS3 wouldn't of stopped reading all my discs I would of never had to take it apart, AGAIN! Afterall, I'm pretty damn sure I just fixed my broken playstation 3 but apparently these systems aren't designed to be used as much as a computer. I don't know.

Look, my point is, my PS3 is broken and I'm saddened again. I was almost done with my 162 game season on MLB 08 The Show. I had also just borrowed Sacred 2 from a buddy, but most importantly, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is coming out the 11th!. OH NOES!!!11! what will I do?

That's a good question, and when you figure it out let me know. What I know for sure is that I need to figure out the problem before MW2 comes. I don't want to lag behind! Then again, If [for PS3] MW2 is p2p hosting then I have zero desire at all to play it. Afterall, it's not like CoD SP campaigns are very good; they're too short so why waste $60 for a 5 hour campaign? Medal of Honor is much better for WW2 SP fps games.

OH, right. Does anyone out in la la land know how to fix my problem? I can only think I knocked off some spring or gear or something but I find it unlikely. I am pretty sure it's not being seated properly though because when I try to play a demo game with a disc inserted it freezes. If I eject then run demo everything is OK.

Welp, I just wanted to complain about my PS3 (or lack of) again. That's it. With the problems I'm having with it I almost feel like I bought an xbox 360.
