Idiots over here, idiots over there, idiots everywhere

I deal with a lot of idiots everyday. Work and real life. It's becoming unbearable. You need to understand a few things here. I have a lot of emails. Pretty much infinite, and I use around 20 of them activly. I don't like email; I despise it and have for some years now. With that said, I do not read email. Not.... ever, unless I'm told well in advance by someone I would care to listen to. That's the jist, now...

Back to the topic at hand. I get a lot of people who email me various problems or whatever and I do not reply. I do not know they are there. They should not be there! They should be made online to a SQL db and PHP frontend that I've provided to everyone (and mention a million times), yet, everyone wants to email.

Now, I do go back every few months if I'm bored and browse for some material to read and I read a lot of funny threats from customers past and present. It's not specifically a bash to them, as I can understand where they are coming from, but they just write and write and write.... always saying "RESPOND TO ME", yet, if they were to contact us like we tell them to they would get a reply within 24 hours, probably less.

They choose not to, and instead threaten lawsuits and chargebacks and to kill me or whatever words they can think of fast and try not to misspell. It's very intimidating.... well, maybe if I read them 3 or 4 months before I usually do.

So, I'm left wondering: They do still teach reading comprehension in school, do they not? What's so hard about understanding where to direct questions and comments? Furthermore, do you aimlessly throw money about without knowing this information a head of time? The first thing I do before I order something from someone online is make sure I can contact them properly and all that.

It baffles me at some of the idoicy I see daily. If a person would take the 2 minutes to read the information often in front of their eyes, multiple times even they could save themselves days (or weeks, in some cases) of emailing paragraphs upon paragraphs of threats and related hate comments. I do enjoy hate mail as much as the next, but I generally feel bad at their stupidity more so than anything. I guess that's the irony here: what should take minutes takes hours because of people being stubborn. You could solve it quick if you would pay attention but that's too difficult. It's much more logical to waste hours with no results than some minutes with results.

I think that's about the end of my rant. I could reply... I could but then I'd need to reply to everyone, and that'd take time away from the people who PROPERLY contact us and need help. They come first because... well.. I don't know the emails are there because they're not supposed to be! Plus, I get like 312131235 spams a day (That's even with Office's godly spam filter)

So, in closing, people people .... "liek omfgz" for the love of god learn to fucking read.
