OMG just shut up and sue me

I would just like to tell everyone in the world that thinks they're lawyers on the internet to just shut up and fucking sue me. It's almost ridiculious.

In my normal boringness of daily life I often do find it amusing the threats I recieve particularly on one website. You see, I'm what you might call an e-commerce whore. I sell myself to you all, everyday, in many ways, and that's what I do. As per the online norm, PayPal is often an accepted method if not the primary, and as anyone and everyone knows if you specialize in intangibles (electronic books, virtual goods, reciepes, digital content, etc) you've got no protection. No protection is fine until you get stolen from.

Mmmmm, yes, fraud is not cool. What is cool, though, is when people who commit fraud against me want to threaten to sue me on top for providing all their important information on a public website page to help other businesses (even though I'm not fans of our competition). Apparently here lies the problem, though often overlooked is the original problem that led to said people being [automatically, mind you] placed on the list which is the fact you ripped me off.

So... probably once a week I guess someone finds out they're on it [public fraud list] and decide it's time to harrass us. Now, generally speaking, I'm not the one who talks to the customers these days so I can't imagine how many of these come in that I don't see but it gets me to thinking about somethings. Infact, it all goes back to my theory how the world is being dumbed down but perhaps that's a whole new story.

I'm glad in this day and age of the Wikipedia and the likes that everyone feels that they can learn how to be something by reading a webpage but you're not lawyers; you're idiots. I have to take special note of the people from other countries (I'm American, and yes we suck) who seem to think their country laws (or ours) apply vice versa and that's not true. Infact, I'd wonder how one could even think that way but they do. This is also one of the more humourous parts to these stories. Everyone and their mom are lawyers. I know your "clients" = you. How do I know? I'm a lawyer too!. It's true, you know. It's true because I said it, and this is the internet so ... it's true. Just like if you heard it on CNN or Faux News, it's true!

So, back to the rant here... if you want to sue someone you just do it. It's not hard, atleast not in America. It's likely [here] you'll get sued in your lifetime atleast once or be in a lawsuit. Americans make livings off bullshit claims and court settlements so again its not hard.

OH, right, sometimes I forget what I'm talking about. I do apologize for that. I think it's my lack of posting so I try to cram a lot of crap in here when I do write something, but I don't want to stray too far off topic.

Hmm, yes, the FBI. Why do people always cite the FBI as a threat? Oooo...FBI is going to get involved. They cant find their way out of a tshirt for starts, not to mention, the FBI doesn't care about the $20 you stole from me or the fact that I put up information you gave me freely with your consent on my website. Ever heard of free speech? I know Obama is trying to take it away and that you're Austrailian and maybe it doesn't apply there (I won't pretend to know your laws like you do ours) but I can say whatever I want to whenever I want to, and unlike most of you pussies out there I'm not much scared to excercise my rights. Afterall, it's the lack thereof that has led this country in to the current pile of shit it is, but alas that too is another post.

I'll close out with this. If you want to take me to court because I posted your email addresses, phone numbers, physical location (HOLY CRAP, I'm like, OMFG a phone book), and your PayPal unique ID publically because you committed fraud against me then I all I have to say is to just shut up and fucking sue me.
