LOST Season 5 Finale Today

I guess I just couldn't help myself. I love LOST. It's the best show ever made, and it just so happens [later] today is the end of the season. Such a sad sad time.

LOST makes excellent finales, and I expect a lot out of season 5s. Season 5 has been my favorite. I've heard a lot of people complain about the show since season 4 and I think that it's just getting better. I blame the strike for season 4 not being what it could of been but that was then and this is now.

So as a recap in the last episode we had Locke talking to Richard about meeting Jacob. Locke said he wants to kill Jacob. Why ? I think the first question is that literal? The lead up to this was Locke asking the hostiles if they've ever met Jacob, and why they take orders from someone they've never met etc. Perhaps Locke wants to kill the idea of Jacob and not Jacob himself. Then again, maybe he does. Jacob is quite the mystery, one of them left unanwsered still. We know Jacob is trapped in a cabin, a cabin that dissappears. We know he has spoke to Locke and said "help me". We also know Hurley saw his eye, and Ben has never heard him at all. We atleast know Jacob is ... Jacob, and exists.

None the less... moving on. So much has happened this season I could not even begin to put it into a simple post but what does the finale have in store for us? My guess is that we'll see some kind of cliffhanger showdown between Jacob and Locke. Maybe we'll find out Richard is bad and has been the one keeping Jacob prisoner. Perhaps we'll see the incident take place. I really have no clue what may be shown and what may not, but I hope we see the smoke monster again.

I can't wait for LOST. Did I mention it's only 15 hours and 5 minutes away? You could say I'm addicted to the show I guess. I'm just ready for the finale. I want to know who Richard is. I want to know who Jacob is. I want to see Locke triumph; he deserves it so much. I want to see Sawyer and Juliet make it together. I want so much but I know something nuts is going to happen; it always does.

Maybe we will see Claire again. That'd be a bit crazy. She's been missing since season 4 when she dissappeared after talking to Christian in the cabin... Jacob's Cabin I believe. Christian is also the one who Locke saw and spoke to while learning what he had to do to bring everyone back. Lets also not forget that it was indeed Christian who originally was the proxy to get the losties to the island in the first place, granted it might not be relevant since the failure to press the button by Desmond is what actually brought the plane down. One thing that is relevant though is the fact Jack put Christian's shoes on Locke's body before the Ajira flight. Obviously something about Christian the island likes.

Who the heck is Christian, really?. Maybe we'll get that anwser today. I hope so. I need anwsers. Tell me everything Damon and Carlton.. No, nevermind. I don't want to know. That's one of the best things about the show, or is it? It's about 50/50 at times....

Well.. I'm sure I'll have stuff to say after the finale. I can't wait for it. Only 15 hours and 1 minute to go.
